It's in a good location, but I wouldn't stay here if I wanted a full day out followed by a good night's sleep. The doors slam, it's too loud, and since every room faces the street, you can't even leave the window open. Housekeeping definitely needs to improve. The host wasn't always available, and sometimes took a whole day to reply. One morning, thank goodness I'd bought cake and breakfast things, because I shared them with the others staying there when the host didn't show up for breakfast. For what you pay, it's not bad. But I'd suggest spending a bit more for comfort, cleanliness, responsive staff, and, above all, somewhere quiet to sleep.

The room looked good, the shower was nice, and the staff were friendly. The problems were the AC noise and a lot of little bugs all around the room. At first we thought they might be bed bugs, though none of us were itching. The bugs had gotten onto us, the furniture, and even some of our bags. The AC sounded a lot like rain when it was running, but I didn't mind because I was really tired.

Pathetic. I booked this room six months before travelling from Australia to Rome and confirmed the booking twice. Then, in the middle of a 35-hour flight, Marcelina cancelled it. My family of four was left stranded at Rome airport at 10 pm with no idea where to stay. Hopeless, avoid at all costs.

The location is perfect, just three minutes from Termini Station. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It generally felt like being at home.
