The lift was a big plus, and the hotel's location, facilities, and service went beyond what I expected. My friends and I had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. Special thanks to Mr. Mahatab and the team for going out of their way to make things enjoyable. They were kind, professional, and willing to help with any request. I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to stay here again.

We stayed with a group of 25, and everything went smoothly. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and keen to help with any questions or problems. The hotel is well placed for visiting the city, just a two-minute walk from Termini railway station and both metro lines. The street itself is fairly quiet.

We stayed five nights as part of a group, and the service was so bad that I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone. The toilets flooded, linens were limited, and the hospitality wasn't accommodating. The elevator didn't feel safe, and the stairs were hard to use, especially with a bag. I wouldn't recommend this place to first-time travelers. 🥵

Mahatab took great care of us and helped sort out our problems. I especially loved the staff and the service he gave us. The room was okay, a bit small but still okay. Everything you need is nearby, including grocery shops, so it's really accessible if you want to be in the center of everything in Rome. The area felt a bit fishy at night, though, so if you're a girl, be careful. Thanks, Mahatab, for looking after us girlies! 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Everything was spotless, and the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly thoughtful, too. The bathroom is a little small, but it has everything you need.
