The staff were so friendly and quick to sort out a problem I had. It was easy to reach them on WhatsApp, too. There’s a supermarket right next door, and most major sights are about a 25-minute walk away. My room was spacious and comfortable, and very clean, as my white socks can confirm. It looked a little older than the photos, but that can happen. The hotel is near a busy road, so I could hear some traffic, though it never bothered my sleep. I’d happily recommend staying here. Thank you!

This is a bedroom in an old office block, not a hotel, whatever the name says. The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was dirty and felt unsafe, with peeling wallpaper, mold in places, and thick dust around the lampshades. I felt so uneasy that I kept a chair against the door while I slept. Noise through the night kept me awake, too. I turned around as soon as I saw the room and asked for a refund, but was told I’d already paid and would have to deal with it. I booked through booking.com, and they haven’t helped me get my money back either. Stay away!

The staff were great, and the price is very affordable for a boutique hotel in Rome. It’s also perfectly placed if you’re visiting the Vatican. The AC in my room broke that night and dripped water for hours. The bed felt a little hard, but I actually like that.

The location was quiet and convenient, and the room was clean. There was a perfume smell everywhere, though, and no balcony. I reported that the fridge was broken but was ignored.
