Hotel Milani

The staff were amazing and so helpful, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was really tasty. We had a great stay and were sorry to leave. The price felt fair for the quality, and Termini station is right nearby, with metro and buses to take you wherever you want. I'd definitely recommend the BZAR hotel chain.

We were a little unsure at first because the outside looked dated, but stepping indoors changed our minds completely. This ended up being the best hotel of our trip and was far better than we expected. The room was modern, new and spotless, and the bathroom was roomy and very well kept. The location close to the train station is a big plus. Breakfast was a standard spread, but had enough variety to get the day going. Everyone we met, from the front desk to the breakfast room, was friendly, smiling and welcoming. I'd happily recommend it. The older exterior hides a renovated, clean interior and lovely service.

The friendly housekeeping and breakfast room staff were a real plus, and the hotel was quiet. It's well located, though the area felt dirty and smelled bad. The rooms could use more light. We were there to celebrate a birthday. I emailed ahead to ask whether they could arrange a small surprise or gift, and whether we could have a room facing the front. They said they'd make a note, but we were given a room overlooking the back and the birthday passed without even a card. If I hadn't prepared something myself, there would've been nothing. This is the first time this has happened to me after staying in several cities in Italy. I complained to the same person I'd emailed, but got no reply. I can't forget how disappointing that was.

The beds were really comfortable, everything was clean, and after all the walking around Rome we slept well and felt cozy. It's a cute place near Termini station with lots of shops around. Thank you! A few room drawbacks: you can hear everything, even the elevator if you're nearby, and there's a gap under the door. The new windows seem fitted into the old frames, so they don't keep out the cold very well. There's no carpet, which leaves the floor pretty cold.
