Millerose

It's very clean, in a great spot close to buses, trains and just about everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. They checked with us every day about cleaning the room and kept our luggage after checkout. Definitely recommend it. Thanks for everything.

The staff were friendly, kind and very accommodating, and the rooms were clean. I liked being in Termini, with easy access to the train and metro stations.

A friendly staff and easy check-in, with a full bathroom, shower, bed, closet, tiny basic TV and balcony in the room. It's a great spot, a couple of blocks from Roma Termini, with direct service to the airport and lots of public transit. Shops and restaurants are right nearby, and the Colosseum is walkable. This is a bare-bones place that should work for a budget traveler staying a night or two who won't spend much time in the room. The main problem was the bed: two twin mattresses pushed together on one frame instead of a single king, and neither had much support. One had a deep sag, so it wasn't comfortable. The toiletries were very cheap and not enough either. They left a couple of packets of shower gel and shampoo combined, which doesn't go far when several guests need to wash their hair.

The staff were helpful and did their best to assist us, which we appreciated. Getting around was convenient because the hotel is very close to the central station. Still, the rooms felt old and worn, the beds weren't comfortable, and the cleanliness didn't meet our expectations.
