Monti 66 Hotel

I stayed here last Oct2024. It’s near places to eat and mini marts, and the reception and security staff were friendly and very helpful, even to Asians. When rain caused a leak in my room, they moved me promptly to a much larger room at no extra cost. The rooms are very clean, by what I think are Italian standards. I recommend this hotel to travelers!

The rooms were nicer than I expected and had a good TV, safe, and A/C. The staff were friendly and knew their stuff. I booked at the last minute and initially thought I’d made a mistake, but I’d judged the place too quickly. It’s on Nazionale, conveniently close to the Metro and Termini station.

The room was perfectly serviceable as a place to land between exploring Rome. The air conditioning was a bit too good. It’s well placed for the main attractions, generally no more than a 25-minute walk.

This was the worst experience of my life. My mother was injured by a glass shower door. They have no procedures, don’t clean, and the place is managed very, very badly. PLEASE DON’T COME HERE. IT’S DANGEROUS.
