Monti First

The place was alright for its location, close to lots of places we wanted to visit, but we wouldn't stay again. The staff seemed unfriendly. Our shower was tiny, and the waterfall faucet sat so far out that water spilled when you tried to turn it on. The kettle was dirty, and construction started noisily at 7 AM. It was also hard to find the front entrance. After 10 PM, the doors on each floor close and lock before you reach your own door. The lock was difficult, so we asked a staff member for help. They unlocked it, but seemed annoyed about coming down one floor. The sheets weren't fitted and weren't large enough to cover the mattress.

The hotel was within walking distance of the tourist attractions, and we were very happy with our stay. Our rooms were always clean, and the staff were helpful, especially Sara. It was our first time in Rome, and we weren't sure what to do or when. Sara gave us directions, city maps, and all the information we needed for a great visit. She even showed us which way to take the metro and where to go to visit the Vatican city. My family and I recommend it 100%.

We spent four days here and were very satisfied. The location was perfect and made our vacation more enjoyable. Our room was freshly cleaned whenever we got back after a long day, and everyone was friendly. A special thanks to Sara🤍, who helped us so much on our first trip to Rome.

The room was clean, and they had a simple breakfast set out at reception. The location was great, and getting in touch when we arrived was easy. We had a good stay overall. The one concern was that they may have overbooked: the day before our trip, they asked us to move to their sister hotel. We said no, and they kept our original room. It seemed like they may have asked other guests too, to see who would agree.
