Monti Panisperna Suites

We were five friends in the apartment, and everything was amazing. The best part was the location. We really enjoyed our stay, and Mr Giovanni provided great service. Thank you for everything :)

I stayed here with my two daughters. The reviews seemed much worse than the place deserved. It was okay, with an awesome location and very good, clean rooms, though they were somewhat smaller than the photos suggested. I did have to call the owner for check-in details. He said he didn’t have my phone number, which was odd since it was clearly visible in my booking details.

The location is the only good thing about this place. We ended up here because the trip was last minute and most hotels in Rome were booked, but there are plenty of other options in the area. I wouldn’t stay again. We were in the family suite for five days and got no housekeeping or toiletries. We had to buy toilet paper and everything else ourselves. They changed our towels once in the whole week, never came to clean, and didn’t even take out the trash. The A/C didn’t work even though it was 90 degrees, and we had asked the host. Customer service was terrible, with absolutely no communication. They don’t provide physical keys, and opening the door through their link was a nightmare.

The location is good. Everything else was terrible. Cleaning was okay at best, the bathroom fan was covered in dust, and the shower was faulty and moldy. The hand soap was empty, and there was just one toilet paper roll. The air conditioning didn’t work either. They told us to open the window instead, and by text said it was a decent solution because there were "no mosqitos". I spoke with other guests at the property who had also contacted the host, and it was clear to me the host wasn’t willing to fix the problem. False advertising and poor management. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Terrible experience. Read Google reviews, not Booking.coms. They obviously delete unpleasant reviews.
