The rooms were spacious and very clean, and housekeeping came twice a week. The staff were respectful. Where you end up staying makes a real difference to the location, and I was near Basilica St. Paulo. I left earlier than planned and waited a month without getting my deposit back, despite contacting them several times. It gave a very bad impression, and I hoped a public review might help. It seems it did: I got the money back. Thanks.

The room was newly renovated, spacious, and clean, with bottled water, a fridge, and slippers. There’s also a nice shared kitchen area and a simple breakfast. We’d absolutely recommend it. A special thank you to Lida for welcoming us even though she wasn’t expecting us, showing us how to get into the room, and helping my elderly mom with her luggage. We couldn’t thank her in person before leaving because we were never there during office hours. I hope she sees this!

The rooms were nice and clean, and getting to the city center takes about 40 minutes by bus or metro. We arrived before check-in, but for hours couldn’t reach anyone or find a reception. Check-in wasn’t what we expected. There is a reception around the back of the building, but with no signs you have to find it yourself.

I’m here with two kids until 27.08, and the electricity went off two hours ago. None of the phone numbers provided are answering. The door uses a code, so we can’t leave the premises. Does anyone know the owner? Please wake them up!

The rooms were clean, and it’s a 10-minute walk to the metro. We stayed two nights and arrived on a night flight, so we checked ourselves in. But we couldn’t find our room. We called and messaged the host over and over with no reply, then spent two hours looking before we finally found it. 😬
