My Bed Vatican Museum

We felt at home in the spotless, comfortable apartment, and its central location near the Vatican Museums made it easy to get to the main sights. Ernesto and Angela were easygoing, kind, and available whenever we needed something. They made us breakfast with delicious Italian croissants, chatted with us, and shared tips that helped us see Rome more like locals. We had a wonderful first stay and are already looking forward to seeing them again. Highly recommended!

Mercado Trionfale is a five-minute walk away, with affordable produce, fruit, ham, cheese, street food, sandwiches, pastries, coffee, and plenty more. The Vatican is right across the road, less than a ten-minute walk away, and even closer if you have skip-the-line tickets. Ernesto can help arrange tickets through a nearby tourism office with multilingual staff. The room worked well for our family of four, with a comfortable bed and a roomy bathroom with a good shower. Shampoo and body wash packets were replaced daily, and the room was cleaned each day. The place felt safe, and a continental breakfast was included. Ernesto and Paula were helpful from the time we landed at FCO until check-in, and they were warm, friendly hosts throughout. They also pointed us toward authentic Italian restaurants that weren't tourist traps. We were all very happy with our stay. Arrivederci!

Breakfast gave us a good start for sightseeing, and we could watch the line forming at the Vatican walls while we ate. We didn't need a taxi. Ernesto and Paula were welcoming, and the place was spotless, with a comfortable bed and spare pillows and blankets if needed. It was warm enough in January, and we slept very well. I'd definitely stay again.

Ernesto made us feel like old friends as soon as we arrived, and the host family was always glad to share city tips and restaurant suggestions. That warm welcome made the stay feel like home. The hotel is a short walk from the Vatican, in a quiet, charming neighborhood. It’s a cozy place to stay for a Vatican Museums visit, whether you're traveling alone, as a couple, or with family.
