There’s a mini mart and a few places to eat nearby, and the Colosseum and main railway station are both about a 19-minute walk away. You can also walk to several hop-on hop-off bus stops, including one with a bus connection to the airport. The room was comfortable and had air conditioning. The kitchen door looked locked, though we found a microwave, plates, and cutlery in a cabinet in the hallway.

They were happy to let us check in four hours early, and quickly sorted out our request for separate duvets on the double bed. The staff were friendly, easygoing, and clear in their messages. Our room was tidy, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. A real little gem for staying in Rome ❤️

Tea, a kettle, water, and a coffee machine with capsules were waiting in the room, and there was a microwave in the hallway too. We slept well on the comfortable mattress and pillows. The area by the train station felt unsettling to walk through in the evening, with many homeless people and others who came across as creepy.

The location works well for getting to the sights on foot or by metro, but I didn't feel like being outside at night because there were so many homeless people around. The administrator was a very friendly woman and helped me with all my questions.

I wouldn't recommend the area. The streets are full of homeless people and people from all over the world.
