We spent four nights here in November 2025, and I’m already looking forward to coming back to Rome and staying again. Sabrina was such a joy to meet, and all three rooms are spotless and lovely. The setting is great: the Vatican Wall is right there, good restaurants are within a block, there’s a pedestrian zone on one side of the building, and a decent Pam grocery store is a two-minute walk from the entrance. My friend Faye and I got the best room, with a view of St Peter's Dome. If it’s available, I’d definitely recommend it. A saxophone player performs in the square below the window every morning, which is a lovely way to wake up. THANK YOU SABRINA!

Sabrina made everything easy. She’s friendly, relaxed, and helpful, and sorting things out over WhatsApp was simple. The place is well situated too, just a short walk from St. Peter's Square and Borgo Pio. The room is practical and has what you need: a bed, wardrobe, hairdryer, desk, TV, kettle, shower, and toilet. My Rooms is a good, solid stay for the price and location, and I’d happily recommend it and Sabrina. Just keep in mind it isn’t a hotel, so people expecting one might be disappointed.
