Natalys House

The room was clean and comfortable, and the host, Natalia, was kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The bathroom isn't ensuite, though it is private, which was the one slight inconvenience. The location was handy for driving to Nuova Fiera di Roma, about 15 minutes away.

Not reliable, and not serious about bookings. I'm a young man who had to take a competitive exam, and I booked by phone two months ahead because the property was quite close to the exam building. During the call, she said she'd text me that evening with all the details written down, but she never did. About ten days later I called again. She said not to worry, that she'd written down the reservation and was leaving herself a post-it to remind her to message me on WhatsApp. Two weeks after that, I called once more and she said she couldn't find the booking. I had to take the remaining space elsewhere, paying almost double at other properties. Apologies aren't enough.

The owner is a wonderful, very kind person, and the rooms were clean and nice, each with its own bathroom. It's a two-room B&B very close to the Rome fairgrounds, at an average price. The tourist tax is the only drawback, though that's the city of Rome's fault. Highly recommended.

The sleeping and living areas were both clean and welcoming. Mrs. Natalia manages the property and is always kind and helpful. Excellent place, highly recommended.
