The location is excellent, just meters from a main street lined with loads of shops, restaurants, and cafes. They also let me leave my luggage in the room before it was ready, which I appreciated. The owner deserves credit for being very available and keen to know that everything is okay. It was a bit hard to find because there's no sign outside. There's an elevator up to the B&B, which is a plus, but I wouldn't call the place wheelchair accessible. There are stairs to the bathroom and balcony, and there isn't enough room to move around in the room with a wheelchair. The place seems to rely mostly on attractive photos.

The beds are extremely comfortable. It's new, very clean, and among the best places in Rome.

This isn't a hotel, just a room in an apartment. I booked a room with a balcony, but the balcony was enclosed.
