Navona Luxury Guesthouse

We had a great room in a great location. Andrea was friendly and available whenever we had a question. We’d definitely come back.

Waking up to the view of Chiesa Nuova was a joy. The place was clean, and the hosts were very helpful, so we had a great stay. We could walk to the Vatican and Fontana di Trevi, and bus stops right across the road on both sides made getting around easy too.

Andrea was a wonderful host, really helpful and made us feel at home. The apartment was spotless and modern, with everything we needed. It’s close to shops and transport, yet still quiet. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

The location was great, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was comfortable, and communication with the online receptionist was good. But there was a lot wrong with the room, and it didn’t feel luxurious or like a four star property. I’d have been happy with it at half the price. There’s no reception on site, everything is handled through WhatsApp. We booked a balcony room, but the balcony was filthy with bird droppings and grime, had no furniture, and the doors were falling apart. Inside, there were bloodstains on the curtains, cracks in the paint across the walls, and mould stains in the shower. The coffee setup was instant coffee and a kettle stained with limescale. There was no water, and cleaning didn’t include removing the dirty dishes.
