Noba Hotel e Residenze

It's easy to get downtown, with several bus stops right outside the hotel and the city center not far away. The manager Ricardo and the team were kind, helpful, and attentive, and the service was impeccable. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the staff there were friendly. I had a great stay at Noba Hotel and highly recommend it for a trip to Rome, for business or leisure.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was decent, though very basic. The bus stop is right outside, with about a 20-minute ride to the center. The train station is a four-minute walk away, and the train takes 55 minutes to Fiumicino airport. A decent hotel.

The shower was too small for a tall person, which was my only slight issue. Otherwise, it was a great stay. The hotel had good facilities, a decent breakfast, and great service. It's on the edge of Rome city center, more than a 10-minute walk from the metro, but there are bus stops right outside. I'd recommend it.

I was charged for two rooms by mistake because of “technical issues” during a two-night stay in September. On my first night, hotel staff told me I could get a refund. After that, they said by email that they couldn't authorize it because Agoda had the funds. They were responsive until I reached Agoda. Agoda contacted the hotel, but then the hotel denied the refund request and stopped replying altogether. I was speaking with Ciro Di Lauro and Lorenzo at the front desk. What a horrible business. This hotel is a scam!
