There’s a lot included, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Breakfast is free at the nearby restaurant, with 10% off lunch there too. The owner shares plenty of useful information about rome, and you can message them directly on WhatsApp in English. Check-in and check-out are flexible, and airport pickup from the owner is available if you need it. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

The only downside for us was the noise. The doors slammed, and the building was noisy in general. Otherwise, the apartment was lovely, with clean rooms and space used well. The location is amazing, and the owner was very polite on the phone.

A great little b&b, clean and really well located near the Vatican and st Peter's square. It’s an easy walk to restaurants, and breakfast is at a nearby bar, just coffee and a croissant. There’s also a coffee machine in the hallway you can use. A great find!

Ristorante San Pietro is just two minutes away, and we had nice breakfasts there. The place is close to public transport and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay and felt we got good value for what we paid.

The coffee machine was excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the hosts were lovely. It’s a fantastic B&B within walking distance of central Rome. I’d recommend it 😁
