Notte Ai Colli

This is an apartment divided into four rooms, all right beside each other, with paper-thin walls. I could hear other guests talking, using the bathroom, and every clink of glasses and dishes in the shared kitchen. It was impossible to sleep until everyone else went to bed and stopped making noise. I eventually had to leave early and book a hotel elsewhere. The property manager said they’d refund the night I didn’t stay, but has gone silent since. I imagine it might be fine if there were no other guests, but if people are staying in the other rooms, be prepared to hear them in their bathrooms. I’m sure they can hear you too. EDIT: In response to the owner, I could literally hear people pooping in their room from mine through those paper-thin walls. Whether I get a refund or not, that’s objectively what happened. If you want other guests to hear the same from you, feel free to stay here.

The apartment is a little outside the city center, but the "Colli Albani" metro station is right at the doorstep. An excellent pastry shop/café with croissants is just 50 meters away, and there are trattorias and steakhouses nearby. The room and bathroom are new, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were great, everything was impeccably clean, and the shared kitchen was fully equipped and genuinely useful. I highly recommend it.

We stayed four nights and found the place brand new, modern, and very clean. It had everything we expected, including soap, shower gel, and disposable toiletries in the bathroom. The shared kitchen was convenient and well equipped. The subway is right outside, and Colli Albani has plenty of shops and good services. Excellent rating.

I had a great time here and will definitely be back. It’s a comfortable place where you can feel at home, with kind and helpful hosts. The metro and bus links are good too. Highly recommend it for a Rome visit.
