For the price, this is a great option, and the people helping guests are lovely. The rooms are simple, with good beds, while the bathrooms are very clean and nice, with good showers. Breakfast has a bit of everything. The hotel is on a floor of a large office building. A kettle and maybe some glasses in the room would be handy for the evenings.

I really appreciated the staff, especially Ira, who put together the continental breakfast and was helpful with everything. The room was clean, simple, and modern, and the location worked well for the Vatican, restaurants, shops, and lots of historic places. It made for a good first experience in Italy. One thing unrelated to the hotel: some Rome cab drivers may charge tourists too much with a supposed flat fare. There is a flat rate from the airport to the city center, but elsewhere, use the meter to get around this busy, ancient city.

Our room was on the second floor, and you can get there by stairs or elevator. It was very clean and had a kettle. The guesthouse is near the Tiber, with the main sights walkable and several good restaurants nearby. Great location, wonderful staff, and a lovely room and bathroom.

We only stayed one night and had no problems at all. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s close to the Vatican and also near the SIT bus airport shuttle pick-up point.

We had a lovely stay, and the location is good for a fair price. The real highlight was the staff member who looked after us. I can’t remember her name, but she has an adorable 6-year-old son and was so kind and accommodating with everything we needed. I hope they give her a raise!
