Ottaviano Augusto

Augusto was friendly, kind and very helpful, with good tips for Rome sightseeing and nearby restaurants. Breakfast had everything we wanted, and he did his best to accommodate special requests. We’d book here again without hesitation. The pension is in a pleasant neighborhood, in a beautiful old town house. We had both rooms, each with its own bathroom outside the room. They’re stylishly furnished, very clean, with high ceilings and a nice mix of modern and classic. St. Peter's Basilica is close enough for evening walks, and shops are within walking distance during the day. The nearest metro station is three minutes away, and you can also explore the city on foot if you have a bit more time.

Mr. Augusto was such a friendly, warm person, and the room was cleaned very well. The place is beautiful and very close to the Vatican, and I had no trouble getting around. Breakfast was really nice too, so give it a try if you stay here. I’d choose this place again if I return to Rome. Thanks for everything.

Augusto is a great guy, and our stay in Rome was warm and comfortable. Being a good host is just the start with him. His homemade breakfast was delicious, and his dog Actero was lovely. He also pointed us toward some good, less popular places in Rome that tourists usually don’t visit. He’s a great person to have a conversation with, and open minded too.
