The apartment worked well for our family of three over three nights. It was a spacious, tidy two-bedroom place, and we rented one with an attached bathroom. The bathroom and pantry were clean, and the pantry had enough equipment to make or heat breakfast. There was also a wheelchair lift, which was really useful. A metro station, supermarket, restaurants, and a gelataria were all within a couple hundred metres. There weren't any English-language TV channels, but we could use the smart TV with the free Wi-Fi. Marian, the caretaker and owner, was the best part. He's an awesome guy, and as he says himself, an OPTIMIST. That's where the name OTTIMISTA for the hotel/apartment comes from.

The room was clean, the beds were nice, and the location in the city was good. Still, it looked as if the cleaning person had been searching through my bag while I was out. Nothing was missing, though.

The staff were really friendly and polite, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are down in the basement and look a bit retro, but they've got all the comforts needed for a good stay, including an ensuite bathroom and a 55" TV.

The noisy surroundings and uncomfortable beds made the stay unpleasant. The bathroom was small, the furniture was old, and the rooms were in the basement. For the price, it wasn't worth it.
