The location made everything easy to reach on foot, and the staff helped us get oriented with a map, walking times to the landmarks, and suggestions for places to eat and drink. They even offered to arrange an airport taxi. The room was amazing, with a beautiful, well-kept bathroom, a bidet, a roomy shower, and plenty of wardrobe storage. Staff kept everything clean throughout our five nights. The accommodation is in an old building, but inside it feels modern. Someone greeted us on arrival and carried our luggage, and we were lucky that the room was ready well before the expected check-in time. It was well equipped with everything we needed. For the location, service, and room, it was great value. This was the best accommodation I've ever booked, and I'll definitely stay again when I visit Rome.

We stayed Friday to Monday and have just left. The desk lady was so helpful, and the room was great, with free shower products and even a hair dryer. There was tea and coffee in the room, plus a safe and mini fridge tucked in the wardrobe. It's very central, so almost everything is walkable. We made it to the Vatican in 30 minutes, and the Trevi Fountain is right on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend!

The biggest disappointment was how the hotel handled our complaints afterward. We sent video of the faulty door and other problems, but they denied what happened and were defensive instead of taking responsibility. They said staff had reached us within 10 minutes, even though we waited about 30, and claimed the door wasn't broken after watching the video. They also blamed the noise at 2:00 AM on being near the Trevi Fountain, which seems very unlikely given we heard vacuuming and cleaning. I wouldn't stay here again. At check-in there was nobody at the desk. The cleaning staff waited with us for about 30 minutes and called several times before someone came. She said the room would be ready in another 30 minutes, which was earlier than the official check-in time, and we appreciated that. But there were several flies in the room. When we reported them, the response was basically that nothing could be done. They offered to have cleaning staff “try something” but said they had no equipment or real solution. We found a moth later that night after sightseeing. With nobody at the desk at night, we handled it ourselves. The following night we came back to discover a centipede in the bathroom, and the door didn't close or lock properly. It could be opened without pushing down the handle, a serious security concern. Again, there was no one at the desk to help. Around 2:00 AM, luggage moving, vacuuming, and other cleaning noises woke us and carried on for about an hour. At checkout, staff said that couldn't have happened. Problems can happen at a hotel, but every concern we raised was brushed aside despite the evidence. The room itself was disappointing, and the lack of accountability made the experience worse.

The rooms are small, but there was enough space for two of us. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a good stay overall, and I'd stay here again.

The room had its own heating and air conditioning controls, and we were on the first floor without any real problem from outside noise. The staff were wonderful and very helpful, and arranging the transfer service through them was easy. The Trevi Fountain is extremely close. The Vatican, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's, and Colosseum are all a reasonable walk away. There are also three great restaurants within three minutes of the hotel.
