The hotel is brand new, well equipped, and impressive in terms of its facilities. Two women on the staff also made a positive impression on me. The Black receptionist was especially kind and attentive. Another staff member, a blonde woman with blue eyes, personally walked me to the restroom when I urgently needed one. That was real helpfulness, and I felt valued. I also need to complain about a male receptionist. When I asked about the restroom, he brushed me off and said there wasn't one available. His female colleague then stepped in to help, and he visibly seemed irritated and impatient. I felt he showed no regard for the guest experience. After checkout, I left my luggage at the front desk for storage before leaving. On the morning of 20 April 2026, at around 9:15 AM, I picked up my things outside and noticed a pen mark on my down jacket, about the length of a palm. The jacket was worth about 7,000 RMB. I had already left the building before noticing, and there was no apology or explanation. I strongly urge management to review the front desk CCTV from 20 April 2026 at around 9:15 AM, looking for a red luggage bag and a brown down jacket, and investigate what the male employee did then. The two women I mentioned deserve recognition and a reward. His behavior was not befitting of the hotel. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and follows up.
