Palazzo Goldoni became our home in Roma, which made it especially meaningful on my first visit to Rome. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, smooth, and personal. It’s just steps from Via dei Condotti and the Spanish Steps, right in the heart of the city. Inside, though, it’s calm and welcoming after a day out exploring. The Filipino staff, led by Divina and the rest of the crew, made a real difference. They were friendly, efficient, and truly accommodating with our whole group. Every request was handled promptly and thoughtfully. Their warmth made Rome feel familiar from the start. There’s a lovely balance of Roman charm and quiet elegance here. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, the atmosphere intimate, and the service personal without feeling intrusive. It felt sincere, never transactional. My first visit turned into the beginning of a love affair with the city, and Palazzo Goldoni is a big reason I know I’ll return. It’s where Rome started to feel like home.
