Pantheon Miracle Suite

Patrizia was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay, so one of our three stars goes to her. The apartment is in the heart of Rome, close enough to walk to almost all the Roman sites we visited. Rome is a magical, beautiful city, its people cheerful and smiling, and we don’t regret the trip. Our family of five found the apartment seemed small for the €400 per night, which felt more in line with its location than its standard. It was dark: one of the three bedrooms had no window at all, so it was completely black, while the other three windows faced a wall and let in very little light. The alley is extremely busy because it leads to restaurants, so there was constant noise from voices, shouts, and restaurant terraces. In the early morning, restoration work for the 2025 jubilee woke us at 7 a.m. as workers put up scaffolding. You could also clearly hear the upstairs neighbors. The beds in the two smaller bedrooms were adequate. The master bedroom mattress was awful, with dips and bumps, so we had to sleep on the living room’s thin mattress on the rustic sofa. There also wasn’t enough cutlery or cooking equipment for serious cooking. Thanks again to Patrizia, who was reliable. I hope the owner considers replacing the master bed and investing in a more modern sofa.

The service was good, and the terrace was lovely, with great views. Highly recommended.
