Francesca and her husband made us feel welcome from the start. Check-in and checkout times were flexible, and they were easy to reach during the whole stay. They suggested places to eat and drink, supermarkets, and areas to steer clear of at night. We tried all their food recommendations and liked every one. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily. Penelope Holiday is well connected by public transport. On foot, the station is about 20 minutes away, the Colosseum and Forum about 40 minutes, and the Vatican under an hour. We'd happily stay again.

Francesca was so friendly and gave us helpful tips for getting around the city. The place is close to everything. It was my first time in Rome, and I'd definitely book here again next time. Thank you! ☺️

Francesca and Volter were lovely and really helpful, with useful suggestions for getting around, eating locally, and shopping. We stayed three nights as a couple. We'd booked a small room, but they moved us to a bigger one because there was availability. The hotel is in a safe area near Roma Termini, with lots of high-quality restaurants nearby. I'll stay here again when I'm back.

The room was comfortable and very clean, and they brought us a fresh bottle of water each day. The property representative treated my wife and me like family and helped us with everything, from restaurants and taxis to the sights. We walked around Rome and really enjoyed the experience. It was a great place to stay, and we'll be back.

We booked at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised. The owners were lovely and very helpful, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere. The room had everything we needed, and the room, sheets, and towels were all perfectly clean. Great value for money. Everything was five stars.
