Penta Luxury House

They restocked the towels, toilet paper, and even shower gel every day. Everything was just right. I'd recommend staying here.

The location is the only thing I liked. In my opinion, the rest was nowhere near luxurious. The room itself was uncomfortable: the bed was wider than its mattress, the bathroom was so cramped it was hard to get in and out, and the shower had mold and rust. The AC dripped onto the floor all night, too. The thin walls meant we could hear everything, especially our neighbor snoring. Getting into the building wasn't much better. The entrance was shabby, the old elevator squeaked and was often stuck on an upper floor, and there was no reception service. When we checked out, the janitor had taken the temporary loading spot, so we had to carry our suitcases to the next intersection to find somewhere to park. I wouldn't come back.

It was good value and matched the owner's description. The owner was a wonderful person to meet, and his daughter was helpful too. You can walk to the Vatican as well as shops and plenty of Italian food.

The host kept in touch really well, and the apartment was clean and cozy. It's in a quiet area with restaurants, shops, and the metro nearby. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it.
