The staff made everything easy and memorable. They were so friendly and accommodating, and we loved every minute. The rooms and location were stunning, too. There are restaurants and landmarks nearby, and we could walk to the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, and Pantheon. There's also a stop for the hop on hop off bus close by. Couldn't have asked for more!

We were a family of four with kids, and we visited all the main sights on foot. The place was clean and felt safe, with a perfect location. You get what you pay for. Highly recommended 👌

The manager, Mahmood, was helpful and added to our good experience. My girlfriend and I stayed for one night, right on one of Rome's central squares. The room was huge and luxurious, with a massive TV. It's hard to find a better location.

Calling it a "suit real" is too generous. There was no comfort at all, and the rooms felt unlivable, basically only good for sleeping. The mattresses sagged, the doors creaked, and the faucets splashed. The rooms were dark and poorly lit, with some window frames that looked like they dated back to 1945. There were no chairs, and the automatic lights were just annoying at night.

The room was quite large and clean, and the location was great. We were contacted before arrival for our flight number and an approximate arrival time. Later, we used WhatsApp to give the exact time someone should be there, and everything went smoothly. We didn't wait at all. The seating area, including the stairs up to the bed, is quite dated and needs replacing. It was also a little noisy if you're a light sleeper. I'd come back.
