Pianeta Roma 62

I left after 30 minutes and found somewhere else to stay. The owner is hard to contact, incredibly rude, and insulted my family. After a 12-hour trip, we were left waiting outside for 40 minutes to check in. The rooms were dirty, dated, and missing basic facilities. Walls and bedding had heavy stains, the toilet seat was broken, and the shower was moldy. They provided a dirty kettle but no cups, spoons, or plates, and there were no cooking facilities. There was no wifi. Breakfast wasn’t even in the same building, which defeats the point of it being included. Save your time, sanity, and money by booking elsewhere.

The photos give a false impression, and the rooms are dirty. Don't rent a room here.

The owner came across as rude and unfriendly, and sent me messages that had nothing to do with the issue. I could only give one star.

The metro is conveniently nearby, which was the one thing I liked. The room I'd booked for four was supposed to be spacious, but it felt neglected and nothing like what had been promised. The listing photos were misleading too. The rooms were dirty, and the shower and sink were in unacceptable shape. There was very little care or attention from management. When I contacted the owner about an emergency related to my stay, I got an irritated response, as though I was bothering them. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the cleaning staff offered no real help, just mechanical responses. A very disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend it.
