Piazza Bologna Attic

On our first day, a group in the room next to ours scared us. They tried to break in, then started smashing things in their own room and screaming. There was no contact line for the hotel, so we had to wait for them to leave. This went on for two hours before we could get to reception. They simply said it was a group and there was no issue. We were told they couldn’t move us and nothing would be done about the group. We left that same day and still haven’t received a refund. The hotel can’t control who books a room, but it should take responsibility for how it responds when something like this happens. Extremely disappointed.

The staff were nice and let us check in early. The room wasn’t pleasant: the sheets were dirty, mold was growing on the shower tiles, and the bedding was incredibly uncomfortable. People in the hotel talked loudly and banged on the door, so I couldn’t sleep. Outside, drunk people were singing and yelling all night in the noisy area. Thank God we were only there for one night.

The rooms were clean and well looked after, with everything I needed readily available. Service was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and cooperative throughout my stay. Mr. Nadeem and Ms. Valentina deserve special thanks for their outstanding support and hospitality. Their helpful, courteous manner made the visit memorable. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend the hotel.

We had a lovely week here for my daughter’s 16th birthday. The staff put balloons and Prosecco in her room, which she loved when we arrived. Everyone was very helpful, and it was easy to get to both Rome city and the airport. A great stay, thank you.
