I’ve stayed here several times while visiting Rome on and off since October 2023, and I’ve been well looked after every time. Service has been exceptional, from check-in through check-out. Two buses run often between Battistini station and the property, which makes the location really convenient. They provide coffee and breakfast during the stay. I’d strongly recommend this place in Rome.

The room was just right and easily fit three of us. During the heat wave, the air conditioning was a lifesaver. Irene replied quickly. By car, the Vatican is 15 minutes away, or about 30 minutes by electric scooter or electric bike. Breakfast was pastries, cereal, and coffee or tea.

The room was in good shape, with a small fridge and TV. I liked the modern bathroom and the nice, powerful shower. The combination locks for the building and room also made me feel more secure.

The staff were friendly and helpful both during booking and when we arrived, and check-in was very easy. The place was clean, with a kitchen and coffee, tea, cookies, and croissants always available. The metro is nearby, and there’s a bus stop right outside. Good value for money, especially if you’re exploring Rome. We recommend it :)

I’ve stayed at this B&B before, and since the management changed, I’ve noticed a big improvement. It was clean as always, and there were even snacks for breakfast. I felt at home and could get around easily on public transport because the connections are so good. I’ll definitely return, and I highly recommend it.
