The location is a real plus, close to Termini train station and with good links to Fiumicino airport. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby, including some open late, but my room was pretty quiet because its windows faced the inside yard. Service was helpful despite my late arrival, though somewhat unfriendly. The room felt a bit old and wasn’t perfectly clean, and I didn’t notice any cleaning service. Still, it was a nice stay for me.

The owner was the best part for me, really kind, helpful, and quick to answer messages. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, and the area feels safe and quieter than the city center. With the metro right nearby, it’s easy to get around almost anywhere.

For the low price, it was a bit of a surprise. It’s on the 6th floor, and the elevator is odd, about the size for two people. There’s a cabin in the room, which is great, but otherwise there isn’t much in there.

There’s a noisy bar downstairs, and getting up to the 6th floor means using a very small elevator. We spent an exhausting hour lost while following Google Maps with our luggage. It’s only about a 5 to 15 minute walk from Termini, though.
