There was no proper heater, no headboard, no hot water at the sink, and the Wi-Fi was weak. The shower was fixed and clogged, the bathroom tiny, and the floors dirty. The room looked nothing like the booking photos. It felt like an abandoned storeroom that hadn’t been cleaned, with a small bathroom, and I wouldn’t pay 30 euros for it, let alone the 65 euros it cost. At first he tried to put us in a different room with a bathroom outside it, and I still don’t know if that bathroom was shared. When we objected, he offered a room with a private bathroom for 10 euros extra. Eventually he gave us another room without charging more, but asked us to give him a score of 10, though it wasn’t even worth 1. I can’t call this a guesthouse. If there were a -10 score, that’s what I’d give. Worst place we’ve stayed, total scam. Please avoid it for your own sake.

On arrival day, while we were traveling with two small children, the accommodation was effectively refused. The property barely communicated, ignored messages, and gave no proper explanation or help. Shortly before our arrival, they suddenly marked our valid, fully funded card as “invalid” or said there were “no funds available,” which simply wasn’t true. Our stay had been officially confirmed at €190, but at the same time the exact same room appeared for €560, almost three times as much. That gives a very serious impression of unfair and highly questionable business practices. Leaving guests stranded just hours before arrival, especially a family with children, is irresponsible and completely unacceptable. We’ve officially reported the case to Booking.com, and it’s under review. Based on this experience, I strongly advise future guests to be very cautious. I can’t consider this property trustworthy. This was by far our worst Booking reservation.

They put you in a room at a hotel with a different name, and the room had mold, unwashed bed linen, and dirty walls. The photos are misleading, they look like the hotel did 30 years ago, when it might still have been in decent condition. They don’t accept payment through Booking. When you arrive, they pressure you to pay by card and say there’s a problem with Booking’s payment. This hotel is a scam.

We booked three months ahead, but just two days before the vacation they cancelled, saying there was a “credit card failure.” We tried four different cards and supposedly none of them worked. We had to find another hotel at the last minute and pay three times more. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Absolute scam, avoid this place!
