Angelo made our stay easier from the start. He was kind, professional, and helpful, took time to chat, explained the trains, and showed us a map of the historical sites. The room was comfortable and clean, with a coffee machine and an electric kettle for tea. Our towels were replenished daily, and the small fridge had plenty of bottled water. We liked having a room overlooking the street and the entrance to Piazza del Popolo. It could get noisy at night, but we still slept well. My husband and I loved staying at Rome Plaza Suites on our first stop in Italy. The location was great, right across from Piazza del Popolo, which we walked through every night and saw something new each time. The train station was just outside the building, handy for getting to the Coliseum and Vatican City. There were also lots of good restaurants and shops for essentials nearby.

The host was quick to respond and helpful, and the room was clean and modern, with a balcony and jacuzzi. It's in a nice area close to many attractions. We had a great experience from check-in to check-out, and I can definitely recommend this place.

This was the part of our honeymoon that spoiled an otherwise beautiful city for me. I was glad to leave. The host seemed nice when we checked in, took our payment quickly, and showed us the room. He said towels were available on request and that basics like water would be replenished each day. At first the room looked fine, and we'd chosen the place because it seemed like a great room in a popular area. On the second day, I turned on the bathtub to relax, but it gave off a terrible smell and started spitting out what looked like black dirt. I shut it off and didn't use it again. We had also said at check-in that we needed extra towels. The property provided two body towels and two hand towels a day, but when we asked for more, the host wanted to charge extra for two body towels. If I showered in the morning and used the spa at night, was I supposed to dry off with the wet towel from earlier? The water bottles we were told would be replenished weren't replaced until we spoke up. During our five-night stay, they were replenished just once, despite what we'd been told. In Sorrento, our previous accommodation replenished food, drinks, and other things daily. We weren't expecting the same treatment here, but even getting the water replaced was disappointing. There's nothing luxurious about this place. The workmanship is poor, the shower has no door so water gets all over the bathroom, and basic necessities aren't provided. There are gaps in the bathroom ceilings, the hairdryer is terrible, and the iron and ironing board were disgusting and didn't work. Nothing here is worth the price. I told the host how frustrated I was, and he didn't reply to my messages, just left them on seen. At checkout he said he hadn't known how to respond because I was right. We're utterly disappointed. This property will be the most memorable part of our honeymoon, for all the wrong reasons. Please avoid it and stay somewhere else.

The whole building is under scaffolding, so opening the balconies means letting in dust and workmen. The apartment next door has also been gutted, adding more dust and noise. The front desk said the work would continue until at least July. It wasn't a pleasant stay. Two of the 5/5 reviews are from the owner, Luca, and the front desk person, Angelo. Be wary of this place.

Be careful with this place and check it out first. It was a construction site, very noisy and dusty. The rooms are small too, and the service is poor.
