The room was clean and the apartment quiet, in an area just behind the Vatican with lots of shops and bars. But the staff were rude, and the walls were filthy, with stains like the ones in the picture. There was no coffee, tea, or water. Breakfast was at a nearby bar, where the only options were a cornetto and coffee. If you don't eat sugar, as I don't, or you're celiac, there aren't any choices. Anyone wanting a savory breakfast, juice, or fruit will be disappointed.

A real disappointment. It's just a room with very basic comfort, not a B&B. The virtual check-in was really inconvenient, and even though nobody is on site, you still have to check out by 10AM. Felt like a tourist trap.

The rooms feel cozy and modern, and I really liked them.

The shower door was broken, and there was mould in one of the bathrooms.
