Trying to sort out a problem with this booking was a nightmare, and they refused to refund me. I booked through Google Maps, and both the booking process and website seemed highly suspicious to me. I believe this place is running a scam. Save yourself the money and stress, and don’t book here. One star feels generous.

The room made our family trip really comfortable: it was roomy, modern, and very comfortable. We were also right in the center, close to everything. We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend the place to anyone coming to visit.

Clean, quiet, and in an excellent spot. The room itself was lovely, modern, and felt luxurious. We’d pick it again if we return to Rome.

Six weeks before we were due to arrive, I’d already booked this accommodation. Then they aggressively pressured me to cancel the Booking.com reservation myself, saying they were doing reconstruction. At the same time, they were offering our apartment for more than three times the price. Booking.com will demand a penalty, but no one can make up for the stress of having to look for somewhere else, which was much more expensive then. In the end, we couldn’t find anything. I’ve never had this kind of experience before. Very unprofessional. I hope they get guests who treat them the same way.
