A really sweet host and a great location. The room was pretty, tidy and clean. They even have an iron, scissors and first aid supplies available. Really good.

Paolo is great, very helpful and gentle. The mattress was good quality and really comfortable, but the shower is tiny and the WiFi isn’t good, so the amenities were a bit disappointing. Paolo found the floor dirty and sticky, then mopped it straight away.

I paid a lot for a room that was easily the worst place I’ve stayed. The Wi-Fi was slow even though it was advertised as premium, and there were hardly any appliances. The desk was supposed to be staffed around the clock, but the manager was never there. When we raised problems, the manager kept making excuses instead of fixing them.

After a full day of driving, we arrived to find the apartment dirty and without hot water. Then the water stopped completely because the owner had some service work done, and there was constant noise in the corridor. I left, even though I’d paid and booked, and got a hotel instead. This was the worst accommodation experience of my life. I can’t recommend it.
