The room was very nice, and the bathroom and shower were great. The A/C worked brilliantly, the bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. We felt safe, and the location was great. We did have two issues: free coffee and pastries each morning were listed in our booking itinerary, but Quirinale said they no longer honored that. Also, the doors and interior walls were so thin that we could hear every conversation in the hall, even when people weren’t speaking loudly. We enjoyed our stay otherwise and would recommend Quirinale, unless you’re a light sleeper.

Daniela and the staff were so friendly and helpful, and we had a wonderful two-night stay. The hotel is charming and very central, with all the main attractions within walking distance. My husband and I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Rome.

The location really makes this place, and the morning coffee and pastries are a lovely little extra. The staff were friendly and the service was great. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with air conditioning that worked well and a shower with good pressure and temperature. I’d happily recommend it.

Calling this place one star is generous. We paid over 500 euros for one night, and the room had sticky floors and hairs left in the shower by the previous guest. They couldn’t give us an extra towel or pillow. The "front desk" is across the street and only staffed until 9 pm. There’s no elevator or help with luggage if you need to leave early.

We really enjoyed our stay at Quitinale and would book again. The staff were lovely and always ready to help, and breakfast included Italian staples like pastries, meats and hard-boiled eggs, plus cereal and yoghurt. The balcony had a wonderful view. Inside, the room looked beautiful and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. Traffic got a bit noisy at night. My only small complaint was the lack of bathroom counter space, so we had to keep our toiletries on the little desk outside.
