Reginella Apartments cancelled my reservation just three days before I was due to arrive, without giving any reason. I tried calling several times and nobody answered. There was no email, apology, or help. It felt as if they'd vanished. I'd planned my trip carefully, and the late cancellation left me scrambling to find somewhere else in a busy city where prices were skyrocketing. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you value peace of mind, do NOT book here. They clearly don't care about their guests.

Reginella Apartment cancelled my booking without warning and didn't return my money. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get it back. Thankfully, Visa had my back. There was no communication, accountability, or customer service, and the whole thing was incredibly stressful while I was trying to plan a trip. Absolutely unacceptable. Book elsewhere unless you're willing to risk losing your money.

We paid in full, then our booking was cancelled three days before we were due to arrive, like the other reviews describe. It took six weeks to get our money back. Booking.com wasn't very helpful, even though we'd booked through them. Don't book this place!

They cancelled three days before we were due to arrive. I still haven't got a refund and can't reach them, so I'm now trying to get my money back some other way.

They cancelled our reservation. Stay away from this property, and don't trust the Booking reviews for it.
