Simona met us and showed us around, since there's no regular hotel check-in desk. To find the entrance, look to the right of the Alfredo restaurant when facing the building, where the doorbell is too. The place was comfortable for us, with quiet, lovely, spacious rooms and clean modern bathrooms with good water pressure. There's a small lift in the building, and the units are on the fifth floor. A shared area has breakfast items, instant coffee, Nespresso, tea and all the extras, plus cereal, small pastries, water in the fridge, and seating where you can relax. It's very convenient for Roma Termini station. The neighborhood isn't the best, but there are some nice restaurants nearby. The aquarium across the street is a beautiful spot, and Santa Maria maggiore is very close.

The bathroom ventilation could be better, but otherwise we had a great experience. The host was generous and kind, and the shared kitchen was a real plus, with some snacks kept handy for the early hours. The building and lift have a classic Roman feel. The location also makes it easy to get to Roma Termini and nearby food places.

Simona made us feel very welcome, and the accommodations worked perfectly for a short stay. We were there for a couple of days with my partner and grandmother. I hadn't realized the hotel was on the fifth floor, and we were really jet-lagged when we arrived, but there's an elevator, so the stairs weren't a problem after all. A lovely small business.

The helpful owner welcomed us with a friendly smile, and we were happy with our stay. It was our first place in Italy, very close to Termini, and we even got to ride a historical elevator :)

We needed somewhere to stay for a night before an early train, and this worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable, the AC was great, and it's right by the train station. The neighborhood felt sketchy, but if you're only there to sleep, it's more comfortable than other budget options. A nice little place for the price.
