The room was dirty and smelled awful. The air conditioner didn't work properly, and with no screens on the windows we couldn't air the room out. Carpets were dirty, so use the complimentary slippers unless you want to walk on those floors. Towels weren't refreshed every day. Street and tram noise, along with the daily bustle, carried through the whole night. The “reception” is just the man who meets you at the room. If you're late, expect the inconvenience to fall on you and to pay for it. The included breakfast was a packaged piece of toast with Nutella. The website photos are misleading. This isn't really a hotel or bed and breakfast, just a room in a building without perks, and it was overpriced. The only pleasant thing I can say is that it's central to the points of interest. Believe the negative reviews, they're on point. Stay somewhere else.

The beds were comfy and the location was good. The rooms are small, and breakfast is just Melba toast with jam. A decent cheap option in Rome.

A lovely bed and breakfast in central Rome, close to both the Forum and Pantheon. A good base for a few days.

It's right in the city centre, so you can get to all the tourist spots on foot. We had a very good time here.
