Loved the room, it was modern, spotless, and really nice 😀. The location is great too, right above lots of restaurants, including kosher places. We loved it 😍

The stairs up to the guest house are steep, so it might be a challenge if you have mobility issues or heavy bags. They were fine for us, though, and we'd happily stay again next time we're in Rome. We had a fantastic visit. The place was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the location put us close to everything we wanted to see. Check-in went smoothly and communication with the owner was easy. One evening we had a small problem with the door, and someone came promptly to fix it. Highly recommend!

The rooms are decent, around a 3-4 star standard, and the entrance staircase is a little unusual. But the real draw is the location, right in the heart of Rome. For this price, it feels very reasonable.

The main drawback is access: the steps are steep. Inside, the rooms are lovely, modern, and very clean. The windows do a great job blocking sound, though the door doesn't insulate as well. With only 3-4 rooms, at least on the second floor, that wasn't a problem. It's perfectly placed in the Jewish ghetto. There's no reception, but WhatsApp messages got a quick response, and there was plenty of hot water at any time of day.

The location is good, but look at the photos. The entrance to the flat isn't what you'd expect.
