Relais Pierret

Friends recommended this hotel for my family's first trip to Rome, and it lived up to every compliment. It's right by a metro station on one of the city's most iconic squares, with culture and convenience all around. The style is luxurious but restrained, with a subtle minimalist feel and unmistakably Roman Italian character. The service was first-class, and everyone was exceptionally polite and kind. Whether you're traveling alone, with family, for work, or for leisure, it's a great place to stay. It's become my regular choice in Rome. I'm ready to skip the crowded, showy hotels with pools that seem out of place here. I'll be back soon.

The team was wonderful at every turn, from the owners and front desk to the cooks and cleaners. Everyone was polite and helpful. The property itself is stunning, and the owners clearly put a lot of care into restoring it. It felt like an old-world palace, but with only a handful of rooms. We still got the larger-resort touches, including daily cleaning and fresh breakfast brought to our room each morning. My fiancée and I walked everywhere from Residenza Pierret, which is right by the Spanish Steps. Even with the tourist crowds just outside, the room was well soundproofed and we heard no disruption. As a first-time visitor to Rome, choosing a hotel felt like a shot in the dark, but I couldn't have picked better.

Our breakfasts were generous and lovely, and they even went to the trouble of finding vegan snacks for me. The minibar had complimentary snacks and water, a first for us. Nicole and especially Constanza were friendly, efficient, and helpful. We stepped off the train at Spagna and were right by the entrance; our gorgeous room looked out onto the Spanish steps. Despite being in the middle of the tourist district, we had no noise trouble. The hall had beautiful frescoes and Dr Vranjes Nobile Rosso fragrance, and there were complimentary slices of panettone at reception. The spacious bathroom even had a wild disco lighting feature.

We'd absolutely stay again. With only a handful of rooms, this small hotel gave us personal attention. Thanks, Constanza 🤗
