Relais Villa Borghese

They left us an envelope with the keys when we arrived at reception, and the place smelled nice. The room was cozy, with a TV, heating and air conditioning. There were little welcome treats like coffee and cookies, plus a small kitchenette with tea, fruit, a kettle, microwave, and a table and chairs for meals or making something. The woman at reception in the morning was very sweet and understood Russian. The hotel is on the second floor.

The receptionist was so kind, polite and helpful, and we left with good memories of the place. My wife and I stayed two nights. The room and kitchen had plenty of space, everything was neat and very clean, and there was a coffee machine and snacks. We hope to return.

The manager was kind and helpful, but the noise from next door made our stay unpleasant. It seemed to come from a machine running in the neighboring casino, and I had to wear earplugs to sleep. This apartment is divided into three separate rooms with private bathrooms and a shared kitchen. The room was a decent size, though there weren't enough surfaces or wall hooks to unpack. It has a huge winged window, but we didn't want to open it because there was no fly net. The location is pretty good, with a bus stop around the corner and the main tourist sights about 40-60 minutes away on foot.

We had room number 1, and it was really quiet. Check-in was straightforward, the staff were welcoming, and the rooms were clean. There's also a shared kitchen with a few snacks for guests.
