If your flight is delayed for reasons you can’t control, they may leave you sleeping at the airport even though you’ve paid. The service was discourteous, unhelpful, vulgar, and made us feel unwelcome. They threatened to call the police and exposed people. I strongly advise avoiding this place, and don’t book without checking it carefully.

I landed in Rome and found out my whole stay had been canceled without any explanation, and I wasn’t given my money back. I had to search for another hotel while still at the airport. The woman I dealt with was very rude. I’m really angry and wouldn’t recommend this place.

The pool is great, the place is clean, and the staff are friendly. There’s no breakfast, but they do provide a fully equipped kitchen. I recommend it 👌🙂

I arrived before check-in and asked if I could leave my luggage there. The woman yelled that I couldn’t be there and told me to leave. She was rude, aggressive, and seemed crazy. Worst place ever!
