The decor and furniture are nice, which is why I'm giving two stars. We had the attic room, and it was way overpriced for what it offered. You could only stand in part of the room, and even in the shower there wasn't enough height to stand. The owner came into our room every day after we left, then messaged us about things he didn't like, such as us leaving the AC on. It felt awkward and like a breach of privacy. We were also told to drink the bathroom water, which tasted weird, then got scolded for taking a couple of extra bottles from the breakfast room. Apparently you can only take two. I think B&Bs can be tricky when the hosts aren't trained in hospitality, and I wouldn't recommend this one.

A good option if you want to stay close to central Rome while still being in a local neighborhood. We found cute restaurants, cafes and pizzerias nearby. Breakfast was basic European fare, coffee or tea with a homemade torte or cake. Everything was very clean, and the washroom had been newly renovated. I'd recommend it!

I'm as real as your arrogance. I asked you a serious, sincere question, and you suggested I book a room at Hilton. Service starts with the first contact, before anyone is accommodated at your hotel. But who am I telling? You already know, smart boy!

The house is beautiful and in a strategic spot near the center of Rome and the Colosseum. I'd recommend it.

The neighborhood is lively, but we didn't hear any noise at night. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and everything seems to have been renovated with care. We got a friendly welcome and stayed for a weekend after friends recommended it. The metro is a short walk away, making it easy to get around the center. Breakfast was good, though average. I'd suggest adding some options for celiacs. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay. Thank you!
