We were hugely disappointed by this accommodation. We had to clean the apartment ourselves when we arrived. The sofa was poor quality with a broken seat, the sheets were dirty and had someone else’s hair on them, the dishes were unwashed, and the bathroom and duvets were filthy. The new washing machine didn’t work, the gym was extremely dirty, and the coffee machine was broken too.

A wonderful apartment in every way, and the person who welcomed us was exceptionally kind and professional!
