We stayed four nights, choosing the room because it was about ten minutes from the Vatican museums. Two metro stations are roughly ten minutes away, and the bus stop is five to seven minutes on foot. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with plenty of shops and restaurants within a ten-minute walk. The room was very clean, though a little cramped for the four of us. That was fine since we mostly used it to sleep. The hosts answered our WhatsApp messages quickly and even helped arrange a taxi for our early flight. I'd recommend it to anyone after a simple place in Rome, especially near the Vatican.

We forgot some clothes in the wardrobe. When we got in touch two days later, after reaching our destination and unpacking, we were told they had been thrown away right away because the owner thought we'd left them intentionally. Nobody checked with us when the items were found to see if we were still nearby or wanted to collect them. That's the sensible thing to do. It feels very dishonest, and the attitude was disgusting. I wouldn't support this place, and I'd be careful with your belongings. To be clear, the dress was worth 50 euro and the sweater 30. Both were brand new, not used, and they weren't t-shirts as the owner claimed. The accommodation wasn't cheap, and I would have come back for them if they hadn't supposedly been given to charity. I don't really believe that happened. It seems like they kept the clothes. Calling this behavior a scam is how I feel about it.

Quiet, clean accommodation in a peaceful area near the Vatican. The staff were friendly, the bus stop is easy to reach, and the price felt just right.
