Rental in Rome Arco Ciambella Studio

The apartment itself was spacious for two, spotless, and had a well-equipped kitchen and a great shower. The location is excellent, near the Pantheon and other sights, with restaurants at the end of the street and a mini market right outside. We felt secure, and there was a daytime receptionist. Sleep was another matter. Noise carried through the walls from neighboring rooms and upstairs, and the street was extremely loud. A nightclub sits below the single-glazed window, which did nothing to block outside noise. Crowds queued around 2am and left at about 4:30am, with shouting, fights, broken bottles, and police called one night. The club is open every night. We stayed four nights and never got a full night’s sleep. Bars and clubs sorting glass bottles at 6am added more painful noise. We’d seen earlier reviews mentioning this, but expected music, which wouldn’t have bothered us as a couple in our 40s. We didn’t realize it would be noisy all night and into the morning. We asked the owner if we could move to another property, but they couldn’t arrange anything. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to friends or family.
