Residenza delle Arti

Ursula is warm and genuinely wants you to be comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious and modern, and the beds were really comfortable. Having lived in Rome, I’d say this is a top-tier location. Step outside and you’re in the best area of Rome. Everything was fantastic. Thank you, Ursula!

Little touches made this place stand out from anywhere else we stayed. Ursula gave us a nice discount for paying cash, and on our last night she surprised us with wine, cheese, salami and snacks in the room. Breakfast and snacks were available all day on the honor system, which we really appreciated. We had the Francessca room, which was spacious and spotless. The residence is small, with only five rooms, so it feels intimate. It’s in a great part of Trastevere, near attractions, shops and restaurants. Ursula and her son David brought such positive energy and were happy to help with anything we needed. We had a wonderful five-night stay and I highly recommend it.

We spent five nights here while visiting our son, who’s studying in Rome, and had an amazing stay. Ursula was an incredible host, and it felt like staying with a family member. The Trastevere location is perfect, just over the bridge from the center of Rome. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We had a fantastic stay with Ursula, who was welcoming and helpful to our large group. We booked four of the five rooms. They were spacious and clean, with strong air conditioning and three layers of blackout at the windows, including interior and exterior shutters. It was over 90 degrees during our visit, so being able to retreat to our rooms for an afternoon nap was important. The location worked perfectly for our plans. We rode scooters to the Vatican and Colosseum early in the morning, and walked the rest of the time. Instead of breakfast service, fruit, snacks, meats and juices were available throughout the day, which was very handy for early starts.
